Damage During Shipping:

- Reporting Procedure: Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence to qualify for the replacement.
- No Exchanges or Refunds Policy: Due to the handmade and distinctive nature of my products, I maintain a strict policy of not accepting exchanges or refunds for any reason other than shipping damage or mistakes on my part.
